Could you not post on the TMR thread and ask them to release it as a stand-alone mod? Nothing to lose. They can only say no. Alternatively, why not suggest it to the guys who make @AGM? They might be able to come up with something themselves or speak to the TMR team about it. Don't ask, don't get. :D

TMR is opensource according to his website:

The blastfrag code is freely available here:

We could pack this into our own addon that we redistribute on SIX (however, I would still speak to Taosenai about this first - just to be safe).
