GPMG Recoil - Others opinions


Been wondering - what are peoples opinions of the recoil when firing the GPMG, specifically from prone, with bipod deployed? In my real-life experience, it is fairly stable to hold a burst more or less on target, or at least near enough to be scary to that target! However, when I fire a v short burst in Arma, the majority of the rounds seem to go I know not where, and the sight picture changes massively so that I have to completely re-aim to fire again...

The recoil has been changed significantly in the version currently in dev,

We'll also soon have a 7.62 L110 to add to the L110 and L7, so we have spent quite a bit of effort balancing the accuracy, recoil, mobility and effectiveness of all 3 weapons at different ranges.  We've tried to capture each weapons uniqueness.
