Public Server issues

So I am getting this on the public server whenever I join. I have exactly the same mods that I was running last night. No more no less. It starts loading I hear the BBC Newsreaders then this happens. Any ideas would be great

I've spoke with Andy and he managed to get this fixed - one of his mods was running twice, causing a conflict.
