Always kicked from the public server

Make sure you have "NoLogs" on Arma3Sync deactivated/unticked.
Connect to the the Public Server (with the public modset).
Wait for the server to kick you and close arma.
Then go to %localappdata%/Arma 3 (just paste this into your Windows File Explorer) and open the last logfile.
Copy and Paste the content to https://hastebin.com/ and post the link here

The server checks all mods, and if they're not the correct version, it kicks the player.

I suggest you look through your arma3 mods and make sure you only have one version of TFAR on your system.

If you have TFAR from the steam workshop stored in the same place as where your Amra 3 sync mods are then that might be the issue

There is a problem with the way Arma3sync checks files and launches.

Example
\mods\@task_force_radio (correct version)
\mods\otherFolder\@task_force_radio (wrong version)

Arma3Sync connected to our Repo will say that this is up to date.

However when it launches it often selects the wrong version from the alternative folder, then you get kicked or have other issues.

Duplicate Steam downloads are often the cause, but also files picked up from other servers repos can be put into alternative folders, such that they don't get overwritten as they should during repo update.
